I have been a lawyer since 1986 and I have been qualified to defend at the Supreme Court since 1998. I founded the firm in January 1991 with Francesca Sorbi.

For forty years I have been dealing with contracts, corporate and business law, providing daily advice to private clients, whilst in insolvency cases I have mainly assisted the public representatives of the Creditors.

For many years I have given lectures and speeches at numerous conferences, mainly on arbitration, insolvency law and commercial law; in the last ten years I have also deepened the knowledge of anti-money laundering by participating in numerous events as a speaker along with representatives of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the finance police (“Guardia di Finanza”).

I was “Giudice Conciliatore” in Monza from 1989 to 1994 and since 2001 I have been an Arbitrator at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.

In addition to my more strictly legal activities, I participate in the life of the legal profession as a member of the Fondazione Forense di Monza and Secretary of the Scuola Forense di Monza-Como-Lecco-Sondrio (Monza-Como-Lecco-Sondrio Law School), where I have also taught since 2004.

Sensitive to the training needs and cultural commitments to which the legal profession is called, I was one of the founding members of the Monza Civil Chamber in 2001 and of the Monza Centre for Legal and Economic Studies in 2002.

Due to my social commitment, I often provide assistance and advice to voluntary associations engaged in Civil Protection services, associations in which I myself actively participate with rescue units.
